Dr. Nathaniel Chism owns a holistic health practice in Youngstown, Ohio and broadcasts a weekly radio broadcast to bring health knowledge to his listeners. In his work he stresses the importance of Drinking lots of good quality water every day.

An avid reader of Dr. Claud Anderson's work, Dr. Chism started a group that met weekly to study "PowerNomics: The National Plan". He involved his whole family, including his eight children, in reading and studying the book.
Dr. Chism was fascinated by Dr. Anderson's observation in chapter 6, that bottled water would be an important industry for Blacks to control and decided to build a water bottling facility in Youngstown.

That is how Omega Pure Water got started. Dr. Chism designed a 10-step purification process that exposes it to a ultra-violet light to kill germs then reoxygenates the water to produce a healthy high quality product.

Omega Pure Water deliveries to residential customers and also markets wholesale to local businesses that inturn retail to the general public. Some of the local Black-owned businesses have become customers of Omega Pure Water, and the community response has been excellent.The company is also looking to expand outside the local community and help others set up similar water businesses in their local areas. Some of the local Black business have become very loyal customers.
